Spent the day wandering around the Docklands and the City. I didn’t have a particular vision of what I wanted. I vaguely thought of some telephoto architectural shots, the lighting was great. Heavy rain caused the water to drip into the dock and the surrounding buildings created an interesting pattern.
I’ve got a growing series of pictures now taken at the Eastern Cyclocross events. I compete in the morning race then get a chance to photograph the next age group. I am concentrating on showing all aspects such as spectators as well as riders. I think this one will take at least another year or so before it’s complete.
Great weather for walking, slightly hard work for photography with so many greens. However I’m fairly pleased with a couple of the images taken around Little Langdale. Above photo is Cathedral cave, Little Langdale quarry.
